The Dataco personnel who handle the disconnect/reconnect funtion for utility companies are more than just technicians, they are really diplomats in fire proof coveralls.

A typical workday for a service technician begins with picking up his service orders. These orders include: service disconnections because of billing issues, temporary disconnects because a house is vacant or changing owners, and reconnections. 

Diconnections are the most challenging order because of the emotional nature of the job. Most customers are not happy about the disconnect but the Dataco team are well trained to deal with these issues diplomatically, and with respect. 

Dataco employees work diligently to handle these orders and have incredible results on behalf of the utility companies they represent.
