APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT

We can offer an additional service of scheduling an appointment prior to our crew attending at your customer’s site. This appointment can be made prior to our crew performing a meter exchange, meter install or other similar site visit.  We have found that this a beneficial way to maintain customer satisfaction.  We work within the customer’s time constraints and always show deference to their schedule.  Most often the appointments are scheduled either in the office or by the field technician directly.
